Hi, I have a question I would like to ask about H-Pylori. I had an H-pylori infection that my family doctor misdiagnosed for 12 years. I was finally treated for the infection back in 2014. Sometime during the infection, before I was treated, I had developed some kind of nonmalignant cyst on my left kidney which my doctor told me not to worry about. After my H-Pylori treatment I developed a bacterial bladder infection which the same doctor misdiagnosed yet again so I went and got a second opinion by a urologist specialist who treated me for the infection that went untreated for a year and a half. He put me on amoxicillin (500mg) for 28 days and the infection went away. During an ultra sound he did, he told me that my right kidney also has a cyst. Today, about a year later, I had some upper abdominal pains and my family doctor sent me for a CT scan. She called me back and sent me for blood work, an ultra sound and an MRI and now she is telling me that there is some kind of cyst on my pancreas. Could all these problems and cysts be damage caused by the H-Pylori infection that went misdiagnosed for 12 years?
